Constructora O&O is a family business born from the desire to support, with honesty and closeness, those who build, invest, or redesign their space in Costa Rica and often do not have a nearby advisor.

Rodolfo Ortuño Sánchez
Rodolfo is a civil engineer with a comprehensive professional profile in the management and supervision of construction projects, with experience in all stages of the process, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. He is known for his efficiency and effectiveness in resource use, meeting deadlines and costs, and timely resolution of technical challenges, as well as his proactive leadership that promotes collaborative work, clear communication, and high-quality standards in every project.

Adriana Oviedo Vega
Adriana is a journalist and digital transformation specialist, responsible for translating technical information into clear and accessible messages for the client. Her organizational vision ensures orderly processes and efficient document management, providing clear reports and charts that strengthen transparency, trust, and peace of mind throughout the project.
